Do I need to sign the contract before our trial?
Due to the pandemic, wedding dates are booking FAST. It is highly recommended to book your wedding date in advance, and I require a $50 deposit to hold that date. I will work up a contract and once we receive a copy of your signed contract and deposit, you are all set to go.

* Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is fully refundable in the event you cancel your wedding 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date. Otherwise, the deposit will be credited toward the BRIDE'S hair/ makeup services the day of the wedding.

I have a large group, will you need to bring an another stylist?
If there are more than 8-10 services, an additional stylist will be present to service the remaining hair or makeup. We aim for a stress-free atmosphere and want to ensure our timeline runs smoothly.

How should I prepare for my trial?
When you come to the trial, please bring photos of makeup and hairstyles you see yourself in. Also, any hair piece or veil you want to incorporate in the style. You're also going to want to bring a lip color you often wear with you the day of your trial, that way we can get a good sense of what colors you’re comfortable wearing. After our trial run, we will figure out which color you like best and provide a sample for the day of your wedding so you can reapply all night. A trial with me is typically 1.5 - 2 hours, that way we have enough time to talk and figure out what is best for you. We will also go over details for the day of the wedding. The most important thing about your trial is to sit back and have fun!

Should I get lashes?
We always recommend lashes and we do supply them with every makeup application. You are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer a certain type/ brand. They do photograph great and complete the eye makeup look. Just an FYI... these are not lash extensions, these are false lashes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
The day of your trial and the wedding day, we accept cash, Zelle and Venmo payments. If you are paying in full, please have collected the total amount the night before we arrive and put into envelope for us.

Do you provide us with a timeline?
No. We realize that not every style takes the same amount of time. We want to move quickly from one person to the next, without needing to wait for the next person to arrive. Once we confirm a start time, we ask that everyone be on site at that time. We do recommend the bride go last.
Timing for services varies based on hairstyling styling needs, types of hair, skin types, desired makeup looks, lashes needed, etc. but generally speaking our team allots approx. 30mins per attendant and 45-60mins for the bride. Remember, these are just rough estimates and things tend to vary. Once we have all of the confirmed details from you (which we will need at lease 30 days prior to wedding,) we will be able to determine and provide you with the formal arrival/start times/end times.
